The Gild Hall is available for special events such as concerts and wedding receptions. This 150-year-old structure has both indoor and outdoor stages, an immense wooden floor upstairs, as well as a kitchen and dining facilities downstairs. Other small rooms are also available.

The Gild Hall began life as an old well-built barn on the original farm that became Arden in 1900. It was remodeled as a clubhouse in 1908/09 by a volunteer crew and has been expanded and refurbished many times since.

The most recent improvement was the renovation of the lower floor, which now easily seats 160 people for Dinner Gild and other meals. Another fairly recent improvement is the restoration of the Moonlight Theater on the south side of the building. This recovery of an early Arden theater, first constructed in 1910, was the Gild Hall project celebrating Arden's centennial in 2000. Such projects as these exemplify the Arden tradition of "doing-it-ourselves" with an outpouring of energy and commitment from a large band of volunteers.
